It's time to get on the "blogging" train

With social networking changing the way everyone communicates, we thought it was time to expand our networking portfolio to include blogging.  Since Red is out of the office today and she is the "writer" of the group, there will be no one to proof this piece, so be kind.

 Everywhere we go, people are curious about how the real estate market is doing.  Of course this depends on so many things, the where's and what's, but with the extended tax credit, I think most agents will agree that the market is improving daily.  Is every house going to sell...no, of course that has never been the case, but if you price it right, you do the right things to present it and you team yourself a real estate agent/team that understands how to market it, then you improved your odds considerably.

 The WKRP Team sold two listings in the East Wake area within the week.  Both homes are located in Wendell and are priced under $200,000... this might be the golden area and/or price, but we are excited to see this trend continue in our other areas.

That should get us started..... until Kathy and Red read it, then back to the drawing board for me.
